Paid a Visit to IGA

As the CRM Institute crew based in Istanbul, we could never mis the chance and waste a beautiful sunny day without being productive. Thus, we deciced on paying a visit to IGA and had to chance to see their terminal which includes ARFF Department, IGA Longue, Terminal Operation Department and more. Since not all of our crew members have a background connected to aviation, we firmly believe it was a great opportuinity to get a deeper understanding of the roots of Crew Resource Management.
